Sword Art Online Season 3 – See What Manabu One, the director of the series reveals


After a long wait finally Sword Art Online will make its anime comeback this year. The anime will make it’s debut later in the fall of 2018. If you are a fan, then it’s good news for you. For me, I’m partially excited as I only like the first season of the anime. But with its new season, Sword Art Online is preparing to win the heart of their fans once again.After all, the director of season three did tell fans the company plans to adapt the entirety of Sword Art Online.

Manabu One, the director of the season 3 of Sword Art Online, revealed few of plans regarding the anime’s future. He said that the Aniplex staff is planning to adapt the entire Sword Art Online series.

Well, the fan already knows this, as the series has already adapted plenty of its light novels. Season one was based on the ‘Aincrad’ and ‘Fairy Dance’ arcs, season 2 was focused on the ‘Phantom Bullet’ arc. This means that the season will be covering the ‘Alicization’ arc. Now according to the Ono’s statement, the number of episode in season three will depend on how many are needed in covering the arc.
