According to our spoiler on Goblin Slayer Episode 6, we saw how they meet Sword Mother & execute their first mission to slay goblins. One thing that makes everyone suspicious about how these Goblins were able to run a boat. This makes everything clear to the Goblin Slayer that there is someone who is teaching these Goblins.

Goblin Slayer Episode 7 Spoiler
In this episode, we are going to see another day in the Water town where Orcblog & other adventures continuing their 2nd Day. Before that, we are going to see Onna Shinkan conversation with the Sword-Maiden about Goblin Slayer.
Now talking about their 2nd-day quest, we will be seeing them going underground to investigate the Goblin leader & the one behind this. For a change, we will be seeing the Goblin Slayer having Canary with him. According to him, they are more alert to the danger which will be a great help for them.
Now talking about the title of this episode, “Onward Unto death” is clearly talking about Manga Chapter 23. In this episode, we will see the Goblin Slayer along & the Adventurers getting trapped into the Goblins plan. As said earlier about the Goblins being trained, which will be witnessed in this episode.
Apart from the Goblin’s trap, this would be the first time that we will see Orcblog & adventurers being brutally wounded. We will see how the wounded Goblin slayer takes the Miracle Healing syrup & fight against the leader. We will also see Onna being captured & how the Goblin Slayer will kill the Goblin leader.
This can also be an initial phase of Orcblog’s story & the reason he became Goblin Slayer. We believe that Goblin Slayer Episode 7 will bring more light on Orcblog new adventure.
